CAREER
I began practicing law in 1995. After five years as a public defender, I entered private practice where I continued to represent criminal defendants while also handling a range of civil cases in areas such as family law, personal injury, and business litigation. I have tried over twenty jury trials and countless bench trials. In addition to practice, I have supervised and trained other lawyers and served on CLE faculties.
In 2005, I joined a claims organization managing the resolution of long-tail exposures across the country. This role expanded my knowledge of insurance coverage issues and exposed me to the complexities of mass tort litigation.
